- Respond to your inquiries regarding the exercise of the rights we inform you about below. The basis for this legality is our compliance with legal obligations.

- HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The data you provide will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. It will be blocked when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or when you have exercised your right to erasure, cancellation, and/or restriction of processing.
In the specific case that you access our establishments' Wi-Fi network, Article 25.1 of the Citizen Security Law requires us to keep a record of your connections to that network. This record must be made available to the FCSE (Security Police) for the periods established by the applicable provisions in each case for the prosecution of illegal activities committed through said connection.
After this period, they will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations, which implies their blocking. They will remain at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the competent authorities, particularly the Data Protection Authority, for the purpose of addressing responsibilities arising from processing, during the statute of limitations. After the indicated period, they will be destroyed with appropriate security measures to guarantee their pseudonymization or complete destruction.
In addition to the general treatment of the previous point, the maximum retention period for resumes of one year will be observed, unless you state otherwise, and of four years (Art. 66 et seq. of the General Tax Law), and six years for accounting books and invoices (Art. 30 of the Commercial Code).
The data collected through our reporting channel will be retained only for the time necessary for the investigation of the facts, unless this leads to the adoption of certain measures against the accused, in which case it would be possible to retain the data for a longer period.
